My experience with Caliber Collision in Tampa has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional repair processes I’ve ever dealt with. My vehicle was sent here through my Insurance after a December accident involving significant damage to the left side, including both wheels and tires. What should have been a straightforward insurance repair turned into a months-long ordeal filled with delays, poor workmanship, and repeated failed fixes. From the start, communication and timelines were an issue. Repairs dragged on until I had to involve my insurance just to get movement—and even my rental had to be extended due to their inability to deliver on time. Wheels – Corner Cutting and Rework My vehicle has powder-coated wheels. Instead of repairing them correctly, Caliber attempted to cut costs by using a cheap mobile repair vendor that does not powder coat. They spray-painted the wheels, which failed. The wheels then had to be sent out again—this time incorrectly color-matched due to the initial bad repair. I had an incredible experience today with Jamiere! He was overly professional, helpful and timely! Sometimes I fear going to collision/car repair places without my husband for fear of being taken advantage of. This experience was the exact opposite! Jamiere was quick to assess my minor fender bender and fix my issue quickly and lower than the other quotes I had received! Highly recommend!

Took my car after a little fender bender. Jordan was super helpful, he also gave me frequent updates on the repair, which really helped so I knew how long everything was going to take. Got the car back ahead of schedule and they cleaned and detailed my whole car, I didn’t even recognize it! If you have to come to Caliber ask for Jordan he was fantastic!

This please is very amazing. If you need to go in and speak to somebody speak too Jamiere he is awesome with customer service and he will get your car back to you as quick as possible.

These guys did an absolute amazing job with my brand new Chevrolet. I was sideswiped down my entire passenger side. Two hurricanes passed, and they still got it back to me in a timely manner. I’m very detailed oriented, and I couldn’t tell anything had happened. Tim and his staff are rock stars!!
